Following the machining of each baffle it must be hand sanded to remove tool marks and to smooth and blend the entire surface.

Mike Bigelow is an artist with a sander

 Mike Bigelow is busy using a combination of hand sandpapering and an air driven random orbit sander. Each baffle is in Mike’s clever hands for ten to fifteen minutes.
